"we," "us," and "our" refer to Hola Connect; "you," "your," and "user" refer to the individual booking a trip using the site or software; "Driver" refers to the driver assigned to your trip; and "As Directed" refers to a trip with no stated destination.
Use of Software Restriction

All software, information, and data given by us and utilized by you to make a booking is deemed Confidential Information and is always our property. You guarantee that no copyrighted details of either the program will be used for purposes other than those for which it was designed, and that no copyrighted details of either the software will be duplicated or passed on to third parties at any time.

We make no guarantee that your use of the program will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the software and/or information acquired from the software will be accurate or satisfy your needs

Warranties

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to engage into this agreement and to use our software in accordance with its terms and conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of our software, as well as the use of your name and payment method to pay for services and products purchased using our Software or Site by members of your household, including minors living with you, and if you have administrative roles with your employer that require you to make bookings for others, such as coworkers.In using our Site or Software, you also promise that any information provided by you or members of your company, organization, or household is truthful and correct. You agree to hold us harmless if any of the above guarantees are breached.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of our booking service.

Please keep in mind the following when using our service:

To use the service, you must first register with us.
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials for the services; we will not be held liable for any unauthorised reservations made under your account.
You guarantee that any information you supply to us is truthful, accurate, and current at all times.
You warrant that any payment information you supply to us is true and correct, and that you have the permission to use it to pay for the services.
When we supply services to you, you will make complete payment.We can make this payment more convenient for you.
Any bookings made with your account are your responsibility, and we will not be liable for any charges incurred as a result of those bookings.
You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose, including (but not limited to) knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or logic bombs, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, including servers and databases; if we believe you are misusing the software, we reserve the right to disable your account without prior notice.
You will not use the service for any illegal purpose, such as deliberately introducing viruses, trojans, or logic bombs, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, such as servers and databases.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any moment to reflect changes in the services we provide. When these changes occur, we will notify you.
After you've completed your adventure, you may rate it. This is meant for you to offer both a chance to evaluate the level of service being provided as well as an opportunity to provide feedback so that we can continue to deliver good service.All ratings that we deem to be vulgar, threatening, abusive, or otherwise harmful will be removed, and the corresponding user account will be suspended.
Quotations

We provide the option of providing a quote, which will be displayed as either estimated or fixed fares. There are no extras included in these quotes (more detail below).

Our existing pricing methods are used to calculate the prices in the quotations.

These prices are valid only at the time of purchase; we cannot guarantee that the same price will be available at a later date.

Estimated costs are based on distance, which might vary depending on a variety of factors such as:

If the travel requires any waiting time.
If you adjust the stated itinerary after you're inside the car, such as adding a via or changing the destination.
External circumstances such as roadworks or your driver suggesting an alternate route due to congestion are instances of when the travel deviates from the system's planned path.
Fixed fees are occasionally created, but your driver has the flexibility to add extra costs in a variety of situations, including but not limited to:
If you make changes to the specified route after getting inside the car, such as adding a bypass or changing the destination.
If there are any expenses, such as tolls or parking fees, your Vendor will make every effort to include these in their price structure; but, owing to the enormous variety of possibilities, this cannot be guaranteed at this time.
If you need to clean your vehicle after your vacation.

Payment

You agree to pay the driver the total amount according to the pricing plan unless you cancel a cash booking.

Policy on Refunds

In general, as our payment and cancellation policies describe in further detail, we only accept money once a ride has been completed. A refund will not be offered due to this technique because the service will have already been supplied. Please contact us at the phone number shown in the app and on our website if you have any problems about the service.

Pre-Authorization Process

When a trip is initiated, an estimated fare amount is temporarily held on your card to ensure that the transaction can be smoothly completed once the trip ends. This is not the final charge.

Final Charge

The actual fare, which is the amount shown on the taxi meter plus any toll charges occured, is the only sum that will be deducted from your account. The additional amount that was pre-authorized will be released back into your account shortly. This process ensures that the payment is secure and that you are only charged for the service you received.
Please note that there might be card processing fees for card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
- A cancellation fee may be applied when you cancel a ride request:
- Standard rides: €5
- Premium rides: €10

Exceptions
1. Technical issues with the app: No fee
2. Safety concerns: No fee (subject to review)

Refunds
- Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
- Disputed charges can be reviewed by contacting customer support within 7 days.

No-Show Policy
- Drivers will wait for 5 minutes after arrival. If the customer doesn't show up, it will be treated as a cancellation and the appropriate fee will be charged.

Frequent Cancellations
- Accounts with excessive cancellations may be subject to temporary suspension or permanent deactivation.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
Communications over the Internet

When you utilize software provided by us or send emails to us, all of your contacts with us will be done electronically. You consent to receive communications from us via email or through our software's notification system. All of our messages will be about your trips or promotions that are related to our service

General

If a court or other competent authority finds a clause of the Agreement to be invalid and/or unenforceable, the other clauses of the Agreement shall remain in effect. If a section of a clause that is unlawful and/or unenforceable would be lawful and/or enforceable if it were removed, that part would be presumed deleted, and the remainder of the clause will remain in effect (unless that would contradict the clear intention of the parties, in which case the entirety of the relevant Clause will be deemed to be deleted).

The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law, and the Irish courts will have exclusive authority to adjudicate any disputes.
